Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. Tracking numbers are given with 48 hours of the order being placed.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. Our system determines what currency will be used to process a payment depending on your location.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. We also offer AfterPay for Australian residents only.
Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can’t be stolen when it’s sent across the internet. It’s the same type of encryption used by banks. We work with one of the leading global payment providers - Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified ( the highest level attainable ), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.
Q. Will I ( the customer ) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located and if you order more than 1 item.
Q. How can I edit my order?
A. If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q. Why was my order cancelled/refunded?
A. If your order was unexpectedly canceled/refunded, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Or we can not shop to your designated shipping address.
